You can search neighborhoods by zip code and school district or can draw custom areas where you want to see listings. Compare neighborhoods utilizing detailed information on schools, local amenities, parks, shopping and so much more!

Unlike Realtor.com, Trulia, or Zillow, KW’s new app allows minute-to-minute collaboration with your agent. Listings you save in your “collections” are shared with them immediately, they can create custom searches and share listings they find with you, and an in-app messenger allows instant communication throughout every step of the home-buying/selling process.

The KW app also has a Guide feature that “provides a step-by-step action plan that allows you to buy, sell, and transact in one place.”
