Last month, Andy Piper was asked to sit on a Mega Agent Panel held at Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor (BRAG AA). In attendance were about 50 agents from several area brokerages, with experience levels ranging to their first day in real estate to over 30 years in business.
“I am honored to be included in this elite group of Ann Arbor area real estate agents. It was a pleasure to offer advice openly and freely to all who were in attendance,” Andy said.

Here’s Andy’s advice to agents who are just getting started:
- Start each day with a routine that gets you thinking positively and clearly. Each Mega Agent sitting on the panel did this.
- Join an organization that is training based and then spend time each day developing your skills. There is so much to learn and know in order to be an effective and efficient agent.
- Invest in coaching and follow in the steps of those that have succeeded in ahead of us.
- Take the time to define your goals and your “big why”. Then your work will be meaningful and you will be more likely to be motivated and keep on going when the going gets tough!
