Even when you can’t use a real professional photographer, there are things to avoid doing/shooting when attempting to showcase your property.
Andy Donaldson started a Tumblr in 2013 called Terrible Real Estate Agent Photos while house-hunting, not being able to believe the types of pictures peoples were posting of their properties. These pictures look like they’re straight out of a Freddy Krueger nightmare.
The blog went viral with over 7 million visits, with most of the fans coming from real estate agents themselves, using the site as an example of what not to do when taking pictures of one’s property.
