Arbor Hills
Arbor Hills is a picturesque northeast Ann Arbor neighborhood located north of Green Road near Nixon Road, approximately five miles northeast of downtown Ann Arbor. The neighborhood consists of 189 homes that were built in the late 1990s and feature both contemporary Ranch and Two-Story models. Properties are generally 1146-2156 square feet and range from the mid $300,000 to the low $400,000s.
The Arbor Hills Homeowners Association maintains the community’s beautiful landscaping, play areas, and communal gardens, and also organizes family-friendly picnics, yard sales, parades, and other annual events.
Fleming Creek
A gem of northeast Ann Arbor, Fleming Creek offers a mix of 189 contemporary and traditional homes in a variety of floor plans and models.
