Smokler Hutzel neighborhood was built in the 1960's and is located off of Eisenhower Blvd. Page ave., East of Stone School Rd. consisting of several Smokler Hutzel subdivisions identified by the numbers - 2,3,4 etc.  These homes offer solid 1960's construction with brick exteriors, larger yards, hardwood floors.
