Briar Hill

With homes constructed from the 1990s up to 2004, Briar Hill is one of Ann Arbor ideal communities. The neighborhood is located in Pittsfield Township on Ann Arbor's south side (off Ellsworth and Lohr Roads by Ann Arbor-Saline Road).  While Briar Hill features primarily two-story properties, the community also offers one-story ranch, 1.5-story Cape Cods and larger, 2.5-story models. The subdivision's homes are designed to suit families of all sizes, with floor plans ranging between 1,566-3,800 square feet. Models typically offer 3-6 bedrooms, 2-4 baths, and attached 2.5-car garages. Full, finished basements or daylight/egress/walkouts are common. Just minutes from downtown and the University of Michigan with easy access to I-94 and US-23, residents enjoy walking to grocery stores, libraries, Briarwood Mall shopping and restaurants.  In addition to their close proximity to downtown Ann Arbor, Briar Hill residents take advantage of their own neighborhood's walking trails, ponds and basketball courts. Briar Hill is also located just north of charming Saline, MI, which hosts festivals, fairs, and other recreational activities. Homeowners pay Pittsfield Township taxes.

Students attend Bryant Elementary School (grades K-2), Pattengill Elementary School (grades 3-5), Tappan Middle School and Pioneer High School.
